Life Members

Bob Jeanes is a founding member of St Joseph's Netball Club. Bob became President of the Club in 1979 and held this position within the Club (except for two years) until the end of 2016. 

All of Bob's family have been involved in the Club and still involved in St Joseph's Netball Club today. Bob's former wife, three daughters and son have all contributed and taken a great interest in the Club over the years.  

Bob has tirelessly given back to the community through coaching, umpiring and holding committee positions within the Club and the Association. He has coached at State Age Level and has held an All Australian B Grade Umpire's Badge. 

His knowledge of the game is second to none and he has played a pivotal part in the success of St Joseph's Netball Club. Since 1978 he has spent every Saturday during netball season at Western Districts Netball Association coaching, umpiring and assisting coaches and the Association where possible. At times it was not unusual for Bob to coach four teams in one season. 

His passion for the game and for the development of the sport cannot be questioned.
